A lot of fucked up things go on in St Tammany Lockup; and no one seems to give a shit. I hope this request goes somewhere; I’ve seen enough fucked up things at that joint.
Whenever I watch jail shows like Las Vegas Jail, it makes me laugh the way they coddle suicidal inmates like babies. Where I come from, these rednecks will strip you down to state-issued pink draws and throw you in a three by three cell. Good luck if it’s Winter. Its pretty miserably fucked up. It’s even worse when the inmate is overweight—one is almost literally in a squirrel cage with no place to lay. I’ve seen men rot there for days and i am sure some have been left in there for weeks. Many of these inmates are unconvicted persons awaiting trial; that is why this is fucked up.
Jack Strain, the Nazi, I mean sheriff, is a sadistic little-dicked miserble fuck imho. How can someone take pleasure at another man’s misery and pain?
I hope my NOLA friends like Arizona bc that is the backwards way my state is heading.

The oil giant’s green and yellow sun logo was dripping with black grunge Tuesday, ticking off the station’s owner, but impressing New Yorkers frustrated at the company’s catastrophic oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
“I think when a company destroys a major part of the world then losing one sign is completely fair,” said grad student Loren Dent, 29, of Williamsburg, chuckling to himself as he walked by the E. Houston St. station.
The store’s furious owner didn’t find the protest so fair -` or so funny.“They don’t understand that they’re not hitting BP, they’re hitting an independent business man,” said the owner, who asked not to be named.
